Terms and Conditions for DT Adventure Photography April 16/2025

Welcome to DT Adventure Photography Store ("we," "us," or "our). By accessing or using our website dtadventurephotography.com (the "Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms").  If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Site and purchasing our photography prints, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Products and Pricing

All photography prints are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer. 

The price charged will be the price in effect at the time you place your order. 

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

3. Orders and Payment

To purchase products, you must provide accurate billing and shipping information. Payment must be made at the time of order through the payment methods provided on my site. We reserve right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in the price or description of the product, or fraud prevention.

4. Shipping and Delivery

The aim is to process and ship  orders with 5-10 7 business days. We offer free shipping on all orders.  Delivery times are an estimate and are not guaranteed.  We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.

 

5. Intellectual Property 

All content on this Site, including photography, designs, logos and text, is the property of  DT Adventure Photography and is protected by copyright and

other intellectual property laws.  You may not use, reproduce, modify or distribute any content from this site without my express written consent. 

 

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law DT Adventure Photography shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased from me.  Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of our Site or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed  by and constructed by and construed in accordance  with the laws of the Province of  BC, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.  Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site.  Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
