Returns and Refunds

Thank you for shopping at DT Adventure Photography. We strive to provide you with high quality photo prints and exceptional customer service.  Please read our Refund Policy to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding returns and refunds.

 
1. General Policy
All sales are final once the order has been placed.  However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 4 days of receipt to discuss your concerns. 

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the following circumstances:

Defective Products:  If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with photos of the issue within 4 days of delivery.

Wrong Item Shipped: If you receive the incorrect item, please notify us within 4 days of delivery.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or request a refund, please follow these steps:

A. Contact Us: Email us at dtadventurephotography@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

B. Provide the Evidence: Include photos showing the defect or error if applicable.

C. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item (if applicable) and initiate the refund process. 

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive your request and verify the issue: 

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
